Rules for suggesting a product for the database:

1.    If you decide to add a product to the database make sure you review it.

2.    Before you suggest a product check if it is not available in the database already.

3.    Choose the correct category to which you will add a product. Full list of categories is available here.

 If you still have doubts please ask moderator.

4.    Please provide the following product information when entering it into the database:

•    brand,

•    full name of the product, please indicate if the product is a part of product line,

•    list of the ingredients (if provided), indicate active ingredients if known,

•    explain how the product is supposed to work according to producer (but do not cite marketing slogans),

•    indicate for which skin/hair type and age the product is dedicated,

•    information about packaging capacity and the price,

•    please attach a picture of the product – either .jpg or .gif.

5.    We deserve the right to edit product descriptions if inccurate or incomplete.

Rules for reviewing products in the catalogue:

1.    Only review products that you used yourself.

2.    Before you rate any cosmetic make sure you used it long enough to give an objective opinion and only after you are able to observe the expected results or lack of them.

3.    If in time your opinion on a particular product changes feel free to change your review.

4.    Only review products suitable for your skin type/ hair type/ age. Please fill in the user profile when registering as a website user. This will be of help to the other users looking for a suitable product for their skin/hair type or age.

5.    When writing a review concentrate on features of the product that affect its usability/ functionality.

6.    We reserve the right to remove a review if it blatantly ignores the above set rules.
